As part of a cultural exchange program, I created a farm-to-table meal infused with local cannabis at Zimbali Retreat Center in Jamaica.
In February of 2019, I was invited to cook a cannabis-infused dinner at Zimbali Retreat Center, located in a lush tropical forest outside of Negril, Jamaica, as part of a cultural exchange program with the local chefs. Working with the farm-fresh ingredients available onsite at Zimbali Farms, I created a farm-to-table meal infused with local cannabis.
